Ok...I see the "Text/Autotext" but I can't then get a box with a line as the tag symbol? what gives?

I see, so this is why you used the "Property Label 22" Label.

I checked the settings, and if you use the "Property Label 22" Label, then in the "Symbol Label" panel, you can set the Orientation of the Label to be parallel to the labeled Wall.

I don't know why, but you have to set the pointer in order to have this option active.(see attached)

I'm not using AC23....using AC22.
AC23 is still too slow on my machine.
