Label tool

Hello, I have an issue regarding to Label Tool, more precisely text is not center of the Label, it is kinda above of the field and looks messy. Do you have an idea how to fix this issue?
PS. I know the reason is that I use two different font styles.

Other than finding a font that does not contain any descenders for the colour code, could you just increase the font size of your space? This should "increase" the top margin. On the thought of fonts that do not have descenders, you could look for a font that uses small caps.

Is it just the font.

Different fonts have different spacing (not sure what the technical term is).
