Level Dimensions on midlandings

Not applicable
Is there a way to put level dimensions on midlandings of staircases?

If the landing is part of the stair object, no. If the landing is a slab, yes. You could place a Level Dimension, select just the text, open the Dimension Text Settings dialog box, then change the text to Custom Text to input the value you want, but this will be static, and need to be updated manually if the stair changes.

Then no. However, if you have a slab nearby that has the same level, you can dimension to that slab and move the level dim in place. Alternatively, you can modify the level dim text - but then have to remember to edit it as the changes happen.

What I've done is to place a slab in the landing in a separate layer but with all the lines, cut lines, etc. exactly as my stair, that way I can place level dimensions in my landings,
I hope it works for you,
