Level dimension for roof tool to current storey

Anonymous
Not applicable
Morning,

See attached pic.

I'm working on a reflected ceiling plan. I've used the roof tool to create my plasterboard ceiling lining. The ceiling is raked, and I'd like to dimension the pitch levels in plan view with reference to the current storey (marked in red). Any ideas?

Thanks in advanced.

If you only need to indicate the heights of the highest and the lowest points of a sloped ceiling, then you can use the label tool with the following expressions (parameters in bold texts)

Highest point A: Top Elevation To Home Story-Thickness/COS(Pitch)

Highest point B: Top Elevation To Home Story-Thickness*COS(Pitch)

Lowest point: Bottom Elevation To Home Story

See attached screenshot.
