お気に入りのラベルのレイヤーが適用されない

お気に入りパレットでラベルを選択し「全ての設定を転送」を選択してもレイヤーが適用されません。 ラベル以外の場合は問題なくレイヤーが適用されます。これはバグでしょうか？ 適用されないのは新規ラベルの設定時のみです。既に配置されているラベルに適用する場合はちゃんとレイヤーも適用されます。
