PDF is no longer a format option in publisher...

Heres an interesting one, I've always used publisher, in plotmaker to create and upload PDFs to my website, and now the option for PDF is gone? anyone know how to get it back?

I've discovered what I think to be the source of the problem. It seems that somehow (I had a bad virus, and had to make some changes to my computer.. I'm thinking this had something to do with it) the amyuni print driver got deleted from my machine. I've just put in the AC9 install disk, but there no option to install just the driver (nor ca I find an amyuni installer on the disk).. any ideas on how to do this, or if I can download the driver somwhere?

On XP, look under Program Files\Graphisoft\ArchiCAD 9 and you'll find a folder for the PDF Converter... there is an installer inside there.

(This doesn't seem to be tied to your license key, so you can install the converter on other machines that need PDF output, too...)

You can also open the ArchiCAD program group from the Start menu and install Amyuni from there.

No Amyuni, no PDF publishing.

This happens because of Security related issues with your user Profile.

You will have to have Power User or Administrator privedlges for it to show up. This is a bug an indicated bad programming from GS.

You mean M$? The Security settings are system powered. Nobody except a Power user at least can install a printer by default.
