PDF on Mac

I'm using AC 8.1 v2 and PM 3.1 v2 on Mac OS X.3.7

This question seems so simple I'm a bit embarrassed to find I couldn't accomplish it.

A client asked for PDF files of our drawings for their use. But, when I went to Plotmaker, Publisher, I couldn't find any option for saving the Layouts as a PDF.
What am I missing?

In AC8.1 use the 'Save As PDF' button from the Print dialog. So set your View Set Publishing Properties to Print, not Save. Then under Print Settings, use the Save As PDF button.

Cheers,

While in Print settings also check Copies/pages, then Plotmaker, then PlotMaker Options to ensure paper size etc.

Thanks for the info, people!
I did notice I had to setup a printer that accepts Architectural D paper. Once I did that, printing to PDF worked reasonably well. I had to set up the printing options for each sheet, as I couldn't set them all globally through Publisher. But, it did work.
Thanks again, guys!

You can.

Select them all in the publishing set, and set the options.

Even better, put them all into a folder/subset, click on the folder/subset, set the options. This is also the only way to print/save a PDF book.

All of the above provided all the sheets are of the same size!

Yes, you are right Djordie.
Here is more on what I found:

When chosen within Publisher (with Publishing Properties set to "Print") each sheet has 3 buttons of options: "Print Setup...", "Print Settings...", and "Print Options...". The first two can be set globally by highlighting a group of sheets, clicking the button, and editing as needed.

I found the "Print Options..." button greyed out if I chose more than one sheet or when choosing a folder containing multiple sheets. BUT, I found that the "Print Options" are the same as going to File/Print.../Copies&Pages/Plotmaker/Plotmaker Options. Using this route, the options are set globally within Publisher.

Additionally, the "Print Setup..." button correlates to the File/Page Setup... menu, and "Print Settings..." is the same as the File/Print menu. Choosing to edit this way effects the global settings in Publisher (assuming the Publishing Properties are set to "Print").

Again, this is what I found, results may vary.
