PDF publication messes up text, characters

In archicad everything is fine, after publication it isn't that good.
Acrobat Pro: Cannot extract the embedded font "arialMT".
Any suggestions?

Did you install that font in the operator system of your PC and MAC. Maybe you need to do that, automatically Adobe should recognize it.
