PMK to PLN, How?

How to I get the information from a PMK file into a PLN file? Copying from PlotMaker to ArchiCAD gives you absolutely ridiculous results (no arcs, wrong text placement, etc). There has to be a way, wouldn't you think?

I have found that DWG works best
