Hi Gurus,
I have had this issue for a while and I can't figure it out,
When using the patch tool to clean up some details on elevations, it will completely ignore any beams or complex profiles, Im not sure if it is just beams and complex profiles but that's what I have noticed it on.
Using latest 25 build.
Much appreciate any enlightenent!

Dear Nicholas,
Happy New Year!
Thank you very much once again for the finding!
Our developer has confirmed that this is indeed a bug with the Patch tool. The problem is that the patch generation draws the beam and column elements, but does not draw the segments of them. The visible parts would be drawn with the segments, not the main elements.
I entered the defect as DEF-7192. Hopefully, it won't be a difficult one to fix.
Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you very much!
Best regards,
Minh

I have edited you post to show the images, rather than links to saved files.
You can simply copy and paste an screenshot into a post rather than saving as a file and attaching the file.
That way they show in the post directly and makes it easier for others to read.
I am not sure of the quality of my images as they are screenshots of your screen shots.
Anyway, I am not sure if I have an answer for you except that it might be because the patch object is quite old.
Maybe it does not work with the new complex profiles and new beam/column tools?
If it works for everything else except those, then that is what I would expect.
Barry.

Thank you very much for the report and the screenshots!
With the description, I was able to reproduce the issue quickly. I think it could be a rare bug. To confirm this, we open a support case in our system for further investigation. As soon as we have an answer I will share it here.
Have a great day!
