Placed drawings on layout

Hi All

I have a random error with 3D perspective drawings placed on layouts (doesnt happen with any other drawings on layouts).

3d drawing content randomly disappears. I have the drawing update set to manual. Updating the drawing does not resolve the problem. Deleting the view/drawing and replacing on the layout does not solve the problem either? This happens with both clicking and dragging from the organiser window and right clicking on the 3d view and selecting 'save and place on layout' options.

Any help would be appreciated 😉

Thank you very much for the question and I am very sorry about the experience!

I believe this happens only with a certain file? Or can it be reproducible on a brand new file?
We haven't got any similar cases in our system. If this problem is file-specific, could you share with us the file for further investigation? Please let me know if you need a secure place to upload it.
