Plot setup in Panther quits

has anyone been able to select plot setup while in Panther (mac OSX.3)? When ever I go to chose Plot Setup Plotmaker crashes. Even if I am in Archicad and choose Plot Setup it crashes. Any clues?

I haven't had any problems with plot setup in either AC or PM on Panther. You don't give much information so it is hard to suggest a course of action. What computer, plotter, SW versions etc. are you using?

Sorry, here is more info. I am on a powerbook G4 667 mgh with 1gb of ram. Using Archicad 7.0. I am on Panther X.3.2 but AC crashed using X3.1 as well. I am trying to plot to the Oce but it doesn't even give me enough time to or open up before it closes down. So, if you are not having an issue should I try reinstalling Archicad? Is there an Archicad / Plotmaker preference in OS X that I can trash?

I am using ArchiCAD 8.1 and plotting to an HP1050c so my experience may not be that relevant. I have found Oce machines to be a bit troublesome with Macs in the past. Depending on the model, you might be able to FTP plot files directly to the plotter. Or use PlotFlow if you can get it to work.

I plot to an Oce, and that has not been an issue. The Oce issues I have had, and read that others have had, relate to configuring the jetdirect boxes IP address....but, it sounds like that has nothng to do with this. I would try trashing all plot preferences, including the plotter ones. Crashing the moment set up is opening sounds like it is trying to load something that is corrupt....but damn if I actually know...so best wishes....but I have plotted with a powerbook, and 7.0 to an Oce. The OS was older, but that part has only improved. Trash your preferences as an attempt, you never know, and they can get screwed up.

I should have read more closely....yes, the preferences are under users>library> then com.graphisoft.PlotMaker.plist...and under the "graphisoft folder (still in preferences but further down a bit) PM 3.1.0 v1, and your plot driver...HP DesignJet 750C .Prefs (in my case).
