Plotmaker is squeezing my drawings !!

Hi everyone
I've spent my last day trying to understand what is wrong with my Plotmaker :
I have noticed lately that all the drawings printed with Plotmaker had a problem with the dimensions (4 meters on the drawing were 3.9 meters on the paper....).Printed with Archicad everything was great.
I've been through the settings and found something odd (see the picture) that I later corrected which gave better results (4 meters on the drawing is 3.97 metres on the paper....)but still not acceptable for a professional software.I really don't know what to do.
Any help would be apprciated.

I have had difficulties in setting scale for printing and had to resort to 0 margins in order to not have PM rescale the print. Make sure that the scale in the dialog is set to 100% as PM will not print full size unless this setting says so. By making sure that this setting is correct the prints should be in agreement.

Thank you for the help.
As you might see on page 2 on the attached picture the scale is 100 %.
This bug is a total nonsense...it seems to happen to some people but not to other...too bad I'm among the first category.....

PS: did you try to print the file I attached (test.blk) ?

Sorry about missing the 100% - It still seems that there is something else at work and needs to be adjusted. It took many tries to get all of my info on the sheet and be inside the max allowable print area. If you are using a typical plotter as HP or similar and the available size including the space for the printer's margins is visible on the layout book sheet and there isn't anything hanging - there is no apparent solution. If however, all of the variables have not been tested, then other options need to be tried.
