Printing Problem

Having a problem with my printer setup. When I try to pick an alternate printer in page setup then press OK it reverts back to the printer that was already picked. I was successful printing to it from another program so I know that the network is fine. Can anyone help?

Your OS? Do you have the rights to change/install printers?
