Remove/Reduce the number of points from Section Markers

I seem to have ended up with to many points in my section marker (not even sure how I added them). How to I remove/reduce the number of points in AC20 without deleting the section marker and starting again.

You need to move them Vertically ( So that the section is staggered) and then slide them Horizontally towards and beyond the Section Head.
