I have a couple months under my belt. I would like to learn how to use the renovation tool to draw an existing plan, then a demolition plan, and finally the new construction all in the same document. It looks like the renovation tool/filter is made for that but I cannot find information on how to use it.
Is this the best way to draw and manage renovations or is there a better way?
In the past in Autocad we drew the project twice, but it seems in Archicad there is a better way.
Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon

First of all, Welcome into ArchiCAD world, " YOU'LL NEVER DRAW THINGS TWICE " 😅
Yes renovation filter is designed for this , you can start from here : Renovation in ARCHICAD - Introduction to the renovation feature (youtube.com)
