Reveal Edge Different in Section / Elevation / Plan

How Do I fix this:

I have a window in my exterior wall. In plan it looks correct in the wall where I set it. When I look at that window in section, it is offset from the wall and looks odd and unusable dangling in mid air offset from the wall. This also occurs with the 3D perspective. If I play with the reveal distant for the window, it fixes the one view then screws up the other and vice versa.

Not all the windows do this but it is extremely annoying. See picture below. How to I get the plan and section of the window to coordinate its placement in the wall.

This may be the source of this behavior.
