Section Line Display in Elevation Drawings

Hi. Does ARCHICAD Section tools have the options to be displayed in elevations as shown in the photo?

No, not automatically.

You can place a section line in the elevation, but it will never be a source marker, so will not actually cut a section.

You can manually place it as a 'linked' marker and link it to the source section marker you placed in the plan.
