I remember ages ago being able to drag spot elevation markers clear of drafting or annotation elements (I can't remember whether the text dragged and the level marker stayed in place, or both moved and there was a leader line). I can't remember if that was an Archicad level dimension tool, some object, or some label. Now I am badly needing to do that and none of the options I try really work.
