Text in trace reference drawing not showing

Hi everyone,
I just received a dwg topographic survey from a consultant, and I'm trying to use it to model a terrain mesh.

I've linked the dwg as a xref file. I'm not merging it into my project file because I don't want to receive all its Autocad messy layers.


The problem I'm having is that the trace reference is showing no text, although the text layer is visible.


How can I set it to show it?

Unfortunetly TEXT is NOT visible on trace reference worksheets.
