Text settings greyed out in label tool

Hi all,

Suddenly today I lost my text settings for the label tool (refer screenshot left side toolbar). I can adjust the text in the label selection settings, but I'd rather bring fix the greyed out settings in the toolbar. I'm working on Archicad 22 (vintage, I know). I don't seem to lose the tool bar editing settings with the text tool, its the label tool only. TIA!

What Mac OS are you running?

You should mention this in every post or add it to your profile signature as this can affect the replies.

I am not sure that the old version of 22 will run properly in modern Mac OS versions.

Sorry Barry, I meant to add that information- Ventura 13.2.1

I know nothing about Mac OS really, but although Ventura is an older OS, version 22 was recommended for use with 10.12, 10.13, or 10.14.

So maybe it is just not compatible.

I am sure other Mac users will be able to add more info.

I am not sure why it would have suddenly changed if it was working before.

Maybe restart your machine if you have not done so lately.

Barry, thanks so much for the helpful information. In the midst of getting through my workload I forgot the old "turn it off and on again." I will do that this morning and see what happens. I am due to upgrade my Archicad licence, it's just been a very expensive option to date. The new model of subscription makes it more accessible to a small business which is great.
