Unexpectedly switching layouts

Every so often (only since upgrading to 16?) I find the view suddenly switches from the layout I'm working in to the first layout (as if I'd issued the command "View - Navigate - Layouts - Go to First Layout". I've checked the keyboard shortcut combo, and there's no way I'm typing that combination accidentally. It seems to happen a bit randomly (I can't duplicate it, except by accident), but it definitely involves the SHIFT key, and possibly the spacebar. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it a known glitch?

I've had that in version 15 on a mac. It happened whenever I did a "send & receive" in teamwork. Once you know about it, it's annoying but at least you expect it after updating the BIM Server file.
