Viewmap error while trying to open

Hello there community

When Im trying to open a plan view from the viewmap, the computer does not respond and the file becomes unaccesible.

Is there any solution to this crash?

Operating system used: Windows 10

Hi @Fabian_MENDEZ,

- You can check the action center tab first, I guess you may find the reason there.

- Also try to right click on the view and check its settings you may find a custom setting for layer combo or any other place.

- You can ask for help from technical support, they can be faster to guide you in these special cases.
