What happened to the 'Get page setting from Plotter' command

This is a command I frequently used. In the Plot Setup dialog, if you wanted to setup the paper size/roll length & width etc., you could also just go to the top of the drop-down menu, and there two commands:

Get settings from Printer
Get settings from Plotter

But today, I checked in ArchiCAD 11, then ArchiCAD 10 (both on Mac), then ArchiCAD 10 on Win, nada!

Am I just going paranoid? Or is the command right there before my eyes and I just need to get better sleep?

Look under the Master Layout Settings. It's there for me in AC11.
