XCEL SPREADSHEETS NOT PRINTING COMPLETELY ON PLOTMAKER

XCEL SPREAD SHEETS WHEN PLACED INTO PLOTMAKER WHEN PLOTTED APPEAR CUT IN HALF WITH TEXT AND GRID INFO CUT OFF, SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPORTING XCEL SPREADSHEETS INTO PLOTMAKER AND NOT GETTING THEM CHOPPED?
