Zone fill with deep window reveal

Hello

I was wondering has anybody encountered this issue, I have full height windows with a deep reveal. I place a zone manually not including the reveals, and some how archicad traces the outline of this reveal when I did not trace it. I manually trace the zone minus the reveals first, i was going to go later and refine the area one by one. It doesn't seem like it is calculating the area, i just cant seem to eliminate it. When i select the zone its part of the original zone.
