Zones - Associative Dimensions

Is there a way to associate dimensions to zones? I use zones for preliminary planning and would like the dimensions to update dynamically will changing zones sizes / locations.

No you can not associate dimensions to a zone.
They can associate to whatever is creating the zone boundaries, but that does not help if you are manually placing zones.
