Is there a way to:
>> copy/paste (clone) an existing drawing that has been placed and setup in a layout to another new layout?
By eyedroping properties of a layout drawing and syringing them onto a new drawing layout it only transfers some of the characteristics of the first layout. Is there is a way to transfer all of the properties?
In the Navigator, set to Layout Book, select the drawing you want to copy, hold down the option key and drag the drawing (it will have a plus sign next to it) to the new layout. This will create a copy of the drawing, in the same location, on the new layout.

David, yes, that's exactly how to place a drawing into a layout >>
I want to place a given drawing, a second time, into a new layout with exactly the same properties and characteristics as a previously created layout, i.e. to CLONE a previously created layout.
