(help)Level Dimension Tool / Dimension text settings

can anyone help me change my level dimension text to display in metres and not milimetres? i.e instead of being 109,000 & 108,500 it needs to be 109.0 & 108.5

The level dimensions are gravitated to the mesh and is set to sea level so they are correct, just not rounded to the 3 decimal places.

Options menu > Project Preferences > Dimensions.
Select the level dimension icon and set the required units and precision.
