I have a problem in archicad v.13
My printer is an HP DesignJet 110 and when I try to change the size A4 to A1, the options are impossible to select.
I upgraded the drivers but nothing works.

Here is some shots to ilustrate the problem

Thanks for the help.

What HP driver version are you using?
I've got 4.4.2 w/ no problem selecting A1.

Actually I have a similar problem with the designjet 110. I can not print custom size paper. The print window says that this sizes are not supported. The 110 has been a real pain so far.

Are you printing from a "Publisher Set" ?

Hello Marc,

actually not. I am trying to print from the layout book. Do you think that could it be? I will give it a try.
thanks!

Actually,.. I've had " Paper Size Error" problems when printing from "Publisher".
I resolved them by resetting "Page Setup.." and "Print Options.." in the "Format" window.

Sergio:
I don't know it matters or not, BUT do the custom paper margin/sizes in your "Master layout".... match the margin/sizes in "page setup"?

Might be a place to experiment.

Hope it helps.

I will have to look closer to the settings, specially the margins on both sides, page setup and Master Layout. Also the format window you pointed at looks very promising. Thanks for your help on this. I'll do some tests from the office and report what I got.

Thanks,
Sergio

Is not working. I realized it does not work from other applications also. So, AC cannot be blamed. the last drivers where also installed and did not change anything. The "page setup" window still does not let me select custom size papers. They are grayed out.
I have tried to print also from an imac with 10.5 MacOs and got the same results. So, really no idea where I should look to find the problem.

Thanks,

Sergio

Back to the original post.... If you set the "Format For" pulldown to "Any Printer"... you should be able to select any paper size.
