GDL: Zone Label Scale Sensitivity

Hi all,

I was wanting to update the OTB Zone Label to make the information displayed sensitive to GLOB_SCALE. Given that, excluding Classification & Properties, all of the displayed values are put into an array then passed to the label_table_form macro I decided to link the display booleans to GLOB_SCALE but the result has mostly been unresponsive. Instead of gradually toggling off as the GLOB_SCALE reaches each of the thresholds, everything is displayed until the MAX threshold is passed...

For Properties, I figure I can just skip the definition in the iProp loop for each propertied to be skipped, but when properties are set to be shown, the label becomes completely unresponsive to GLOB_SCALE...
