A wallhole hotspot does not show a stretch icon. unit hotspots.
How do I make the wallhole hotspot (oversize) also show the stretching icon?

Any hotspot that uses the overall size (A & B) is automatically a stretchy hotspot - even though it appears as a black dot.
If you want any other hotspot to be stretchy, then you need to script it so you will see it as a magenta diamond stretchy hotspot

HOTSPOT2 0, BaseY, unID, BaseX, 1+128 : unID = unID+1
HOTSPOT2 -1, BaseY, unID, BaseX, 3 : unID = unID+1
HOTSPOT2 BaseX, BaseY, unID, BaseX, 2 : unID = unID+1
Are you saying this?

That looks like the code for a moveable hotspot along the X axis, that will adjust the 'BaseX' parameter.
If that 'BaseX' parameter controls your wallhole oversize, then it should work.

I was asking if what you said refers to this form.
The code is something else to use. ^^

Yes that looks like the code for a moveable hotspot.
You will need something like that to control the hotspot to adjust the wallhole size.
But you will need to make sure it adjust the parameter that controls the wallhole size - or the tolerance spacing size.
I have no way to know what you are actually trying to adjust from that image - is it the wallhole or just a tolerance space.

In Korea, drawings are drawn by giving about 10mm as oversize to the window size. Structural wall open size.
