How to model mannequin in archicad?

Hi! I want to develop some retail design objects as I can´t find everything I need and don´t like sketchup either. However, I´m having an issue. I tried to model from a rectangle and sculpted it but, as I am coding with AI, we had to change due to issues on modeling a pelvic mannequin in contrapposto. What do I do now?
