Test for Story Visibility

Bruce

How do I find out if a story is checked as visible or not?  STORY_INFO will tell me the number, name, elevation, and height to next...but not ON/OFF status.

I think that info is a system setting and isn't available, assuming you are using GDL?

It doesn't appear to be accessible via the GDL REQUEST option either. You might have to build in your own visibility option(s) in your object.

That is nothing to do with the actual storey settings that STORY_INFO will report on.

That is just if the storey marker is visible or not in sections and elevations.

I am not sure if there is a separate query for section/elevation markers.

But as it is part of the storey settings, it would be nice if it was reported with STORY_INFO.

Oh well, that's a request for the GDL developers then, I suppose...
