Where is "Search in Library Part.apx" add-on in GDL Developer Kit?

Hi all,
Please show me how to find and install "Search in Library Part.apx" add-on in GDL Developer Kit? Because I cannot find any ".apx" find to install and how to use.
I'm very happy with any comment about how to use GDL Developer Kit.

Here it comes for ARCHICAD 22; the archive contains both Mac and Windows versions.

No, the API is not available when one of the library part editor windows is open.
