Доброго дня, програма запуску додатків завантажується, але при спробі створити проект або відкрити існуючий виникає помилка: AC28-2025-01-10-11-31-21-9013.

Нещодавно я отримав освітню ліцензію та встановив програму. це працювало добре, але мені потрібно було перевстановити windows. Тому я перевстановив програму, але тепер я не можу в ній працювати

Not enough information to comment on the issue, OS Version, AC Version, RAM, etc. Looks like the installation didn't finish correctly so I would re-download and reinstall again…
