We are offering three ONE LAST Archicad perpetual licence for sale as our studio transitions to a new operating model.
As part of a shift to an offshoring model for our design team, we have retained one licence and upgraded that licence to Archicad 30 (released October), and selling our remaining licences.
Available licences:

These licences are currently owned and used by our studio and will be officially transferred via Graphisoft / Central Innovation.

Upgrade to AC29 is compulsory for the sale/transfer, so so all licences arrive to the buyer as AC29 (with upgrade to AC30 in October included). So, starting version is irrelevant as you end up with AC29/30 anyway.
Graphisoft 50% last chance upgrade promotion included, making this the last cost-effective way to step into a current Archicad licence.
Licence transfer will be processed through Central Innovation (Graphisoft Australia). The buyer typically covers the transfer fee, and the USB dongle will be shipped once the licence transfer is approved. An upgrade is mandatory as part of the license transfer process. However, under the current promotion, the license transfer fee will be waived.
