Getting asked if my problem was solved in Wishes Forum

Hello together,

I wonder a bit about this kind of message as (an automatic) reaction in the wishes forum.

What's meant?
Is the answer I need, that the issue is taken to the (long) list?

...but that doesn't solve the problem.

I mean maybe it could be helpful to find already known issues...

Current wishes forum is an intermediate solution up until we can release the new system. As it is a regular forum, the same automation is true here: whenever you post, the system will check with you once in a while if you could find help. It can’t detect that this is a wish and not a question.

Once we can finish and release the new system, this won’t be an issue (well, i’m not sure if it’s really an issue now), and you won’t get such emails when you enter a wish.
