Graphisoft satisfaction survey pop-up in ArchiCAD

I'm not sure if anyone else has had the Graphisoft satisfaction survey pop up recently while working in ArchiCAD, but I took the opportunity this morning to fill it out. I answered the 1-10 rating questions and was in the middle of the "any other comments" section, typing out my rant of all the little quirks and failures of the software that desperately need to be fixed, when this happened.

 

It basically sums up the direction my experience with the software has been going the past few years. I guess they didn't want to hear any negative feedback.

Hi Kelly,
thanks for posting 

It seems the server had a problem at exactly that moment. We already have 5k+ responses as of today, so in general the system is working fine. 
We will take a look into it. Hopefully the error message helps.
