Keyboard arrows for scrolling

Just upgraded to AR29 from AR 23 and cannot figure out how to enable the keyboard arrows to scroll in 2D windows. Is there a trick that I'm missing?

Have a look in your Work Environment to see if the keyboard shortcuts for Scroll - left, right, up & down are associated with the arrow keys.

This is 28 but 29 should be similar.
