Full crosshair

I used to have a full crosshair cursor for over 2 decades until recent upgrade I just don't seem to find that as an option in the work environment anymore.

Does anyone know where is it ?

Not a Work Env setting actually.

View > Ruler, then right-click on the ruler and select "Cursor Projection". You can turn of the ruler again afterwards.
