.PLN files integrity check

Hey!

I'm trying to recover .pln files from an external disk. I've searched for all files that begins with ROF FDB. All .pln files that exists on disk were created either by Archicad 22 or 25.

As i don't have any information how many bytes the file have, and there is no footer that indicates where the file ends, I've been trying to understand how archicad reads the file and says if its a valid file or not. Is there any checksum-like process? All I know is that if I add a single byte in the end of a valid file, the software returns with Error reading the plan.

Thank you in advance for all the help that you can provide me.
