Hi there, when you draw a site using the CI site boundary tool and you need to rotate the site to be straight on the layout page, on Archicad 24 you could simply select the site boundaries + north arrow altogether and rotate to the position you need - and the north and bearings would rotate relatively without compromising the true bearings degrees. But on Archicad 28 I cannot do that. When I try to rotate boundaries + north arrow, the north arrow doesnt rotate, and if I 'untick' the 'align to project north' button the arrow will rotate, however, it will change the site bearings.
Does anyone know how I can get this to work on Archicad 28 by simply selecting the site boundaries + north arrow altogether and get them to rotate relatively without changing the bearings?
See below how I do on Archicad 24 - is there a way to do exactly the same on Archicad 28?
1. I need the site to be rotated to be straight on the page, but I need to keep the bearings as it is and consequently the north will also need to be rotated:
2. So I select both and rotate to the position I need:
3. Site and North are rotated relatively maintaining true bearings:
Thank you!

Change project north ..
type the horizontal bearing into project north...
in your case 108 33 38, and north will change so your site is horizontal,
if its left to right rather than right to left then add/subtract 180 from the amount you type in project north to flip the boundary 180
....old skool for getting project north

Rotate the entire page, not just the elements.
