file damaged... over the weekend?

how does a file send/receive just fine on a friday, then when joining in on Monday, when no one has worked on it for 2 days, report as damaged?
hoping this team has a back up/snapshot that will recover without much lost work...
tag this in the ongoing saga that is BIMcloud lost work and bugs

hey @Patrick M ,

sorry to see this happening. you can always reach out to us whenever this happens for troubleshooting, preferably by creating a ticket or through email. It's also good to keep track of the issues you're having, specially after the latest update for AC29. I've seen this happen before - but there had been change during the weekend and outside elements had been added that corrupted the file. remember there's always the possibility to Rollback the snapshots from BIMcloud https://help.graphisoft.com/BC/INT/index.htm#t=Topics%2FBCManager_Projects_Topics%2Ft_RestoreSnapsho... . It may also be worth checking if another team member is able to open it.

Best regards,

other team members were able to access and work in the file. we ended up just deleting this one designers local data and re-joining; but it's just more in the ongoing saga of teamwork hang-ups, malfunctions, and bugs
