AC28 Upgrade Training

The AC28 Upgrade Training does not seem to work through the Learn portal.

Videos are missing and training material causes page/scripting errors.

Tried through to different browsers - same result.

I tried a few days ago.

I had to clear my browser cache of Graphisoft data before it would work.

I don't know why we keep having to do this.

I believe another option is to run the browser in private mode.

Cleared everything:

The introduction video gives me an error: HTML5: Video not found...

...and I still get this when trying to download the Example Files

Hi @Erik Bjornhage,

I can tell you how I open the learn hub.

1) In case my IPhone I press the plus button to open a new tap in private mode as attached below.

2) In case my laptop I use my default explorer to open a new tab in private mode.

3) Enter your Graphisoft’s Email & Password.

4) Search for (Archicad 28 Upgrade Training).

@Mahmoud Qenawi - thanks for your suggestions, but getting into the Learn Hub is not the problem.

It's the fact that when in the upgrade training course the resources and videos don't work.

Addition:

Seems like I didn't delete everything. Had some stuff related to BIMx and other sites that did not belong to *.graphisoft.com.

After deleting all those it seems to work...

...that's messed up... (and not even a facepalm emoji when you need one)
