Can you elaborate what workflow you’re trying to achieve with placing folding data as autotext?

Currently folders are used to organise your keynotes, and as headings for the Legend.

Keynotes under one heading belong to one type. E.g. facade surfaces, sectional materials. A section or detail drawing can include both. It may be useful to clarify what applies to what. It would be best if icons could be used.
