No request visible after sending a request via Support Portal?

I'm wondering if I'm the only with this problem. I just filed a request regarding this issue, however, after sending (and saw that it was successful), I checked the My request section and it was empty:

I thought something had gone wrong so I made another report:

Unfortunately, still nothing shows up under My Requests section.

I don't think this is intentional, so I hope it can be fixed quickly to avoid any confusion (I accidentally a report twice, I think)

 

P/s: my bad, looks like it will take 3-4 minutes until the request appears - still, I hope it should be immediate unless there's a specific reason for not doing so
