Where can I download MEP 28 library for Preview Program 2024

I have complete the migration of my libraries and favorites to the new Global Library. I only need to update the MEP library. Does anyone know where can I have a preview of this library? I have seen videos where this is available.

It was not initially automatic but I found it in the library folder.

I upload it manually.

Isn't it one of the Library Packages included with the Tech Preview software?
