Maybe the fastest way for you to solve this would be to contact your  local reseller with the issue and ask for their help. If they cannot help you, they will contact Graphisoft HQ.

As a community administrator, can you tell me where the installation and startup log files are stored? How can I write to technical support to find out about the solution to my problem? Or do I need to contact the representative office who issued the repression?
