AC 14 crashed on Start-up from Imac

Hi,
I know this is a on-going issue but after a search in forum, I could not resolve my issue.
I successfully installed AC 14 on my Imac 27 (os 10.6.4), 64bit kernel. But it crashed with bug when launching. Always.

However when i try to install it on my macbook pro (OS 10.6.4) with the same installation file, it launches ok.

Does anyone know why?
Please help.
I am "scared" of re-installing my Imac just to run AC 14.
